All Levels Hula Hooping for Ages 8+!

This all-levels hoop class is a fun way to get active and explore creative movement, no experience required! Drop in every Monday and try something new! Hoop dance is fun, joyful, meditative, and allows us to get a little nostalgic, connecting with a more playful version of our past selves. Tara Adelizzi has been teaching hoop dance for over a decade and will ensure the class meets you at your comfort and ability level. No matter what your level is, she will help you find your inner child -- all while getting a fantastic workout!
