Monthly Community Adult Hoop Classes!
Do you love wedgies or want to learn all of my favorite wedgie variations and transitions?! This is the workshop for you! Class will begin by reviewing the foundations of the basic wedgie on both legs. Recommended for beginner or intermediate hoopers. Class is hosted outside.
The workshop is followed by a flow jam!
Prerequisites: Basic wedgie is helpful but will be reviewed in class
