All Levels Hula Hooping at Philadelphia School of Circus Arts!
This all-levels hoop class is a fun, technique focused practice that will hone your hoop skills, no experience required! Hoop dance fitness emphasizes core workouts, enhances your body awareness, improves coordination and balance. The class covers skill building segments, conditioning and creative exploration. This class will focus on practicing drills, linking combos, and expanding your vocabulary - all while building confidence and strength through the power of hoop play!
