Community Flow Jam

Oh the weather outside is frightful but spin jam is so delightful and since we've no place to go let it flow ❄️ let it flow ❄️ let it flow ❄️❄️❄️!!

We invite our SpinCo family to join us for a winter spin jam as we celebrate how movement arts can benefit our community and ourselves.

FREE to attend, donations appreciated for future events! Register to indicate your interest in the jam!

What To Expect

• Wear clothes you are comfortable in spinning in! Gym clothes, street clothes, and costume clothes are all fine!
• You are welcome to bring tripods and camera equipment for photo/video. We sometimes will take a group photo!
• Please ask for consent if you are posting photos or videos of others, and whenever possible, tag us @spincoalition!

• Feel free to bring snacks and stay hydrated by BYO water bottle
• Join in on the fun and make some new friends! We aim to be a welcoming space for all levels and types of flow arts

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
