1-2pm : Single Hoop Contact Rolls
Learn some unconventional rolls - crescent (curved) rolls, bridge (forearm) rolls, rolls from all different kinds of grips - all geared to add some serious spice to your repertoire & to make transitioning into contact rolls a piece of cake.
2-3pm : Double Hoop Iso-Flowers
Explore all the ways to transition in/out of iso-flower seamlessly - from weaves, from jump-throughs, and more!
