Experience the hoop as your dance partner in this ecstatic dance journey that guides you into multi-plane awareness and movement - front/back, high/low, front body/back body, vertical/horizontal, inner/outer. This is a fantastic workshop for those who wish to get out of their head and hoop tricks, and into flow and inspiration with the hoop!

First, connect with yourself, your body and your energy. Then, "make contact" with your hoop, to explore its shape, as well as, the empty and full space inside and outside of the hoop. From here, discover ways to interact with the hoop as a dance partner in dynamic moment to moment relationship inspired by breath, stillness and rhythm. A "come hither" soundtrack and movement invitations encourage sensual awareness leading to deepened presence with yourself, your hoop and your relationships.

Jocelyn is a lifelong dancer and has been a Yoga and Massage Therapist and Instructor since 1997.
