Dragon Staff Foundations

Fall in love with the smooth vibrant movements of Dragon Staff that fuse concepts of martial arts, contemporary dance, and performance art! Stephen Haines is returning after his successful Contact Staff class to teach the Dragon Staff Foundations.

Stephen will introduce Dragon Staff to the beginner and cover drills for the more experienced dragon tamer. Expand your understanding of pathways the dragon takes, how to give simple movements flair and personality, and review both rolling directions to build a solid foundation of non-stop flow.

About the Instructor

Stephen Haines is a multi-discipline flow and fire artist from Philadelphia, and has previously taught contact staff and dragon staff workshops at festivals such as Kinetic Fire and Fahrenheit.
