Two hoops are better than one! In this 2-hour, mixed-level double hoops class, you will discover how learning one single grip change can open up a whole world of possibilities of new moves.

No matter your current skill level or double hoop repertoire, you are guaranteed to learn something new in this workshop!
No hoops? No problem! We'll have extra sets of double hoops to share if you don't have your own.

About the Instructor
Alli Hart is a classically trained ballet dancer and gymnast turned flow arts tech queen and hoop juggler extraordinaire. Over the past few years, Alli has taught hoop workshops with SpinCo in Philadelphia, and at a number of festivals including Flame Festival, Fahrenheit Festival, Return to Roots and Ode to Earth. Alli also performs at private events throughout the Philadelphia Area, presenting her unique style combining technically driven prop manipulation with modern dance. Focused in movement in all parts of her life, when Alli is not practicing flow arts she works with patients as a Doctor of Physiotherapy.
