For Beginners
"Let's Get Rolling": We will cover things such as cradles, inner and outer forearm rolls, send backs along with multiple practice drills to improve consistency and aesthetic appeal both visually and physically. You'll also learn different ways to integrate basic contact rolls into existing patterns as well as create new ones.
Intermediate/Advanced
"Let's Do Some Lines": For a more experienced student, Greg will focus on folding lines in poi. He will touch on topics such as the different arm positions used, balance points, timing and directions.
