Contact Leviwand with Lux Luminous

Lux will be teaching Basic Leviwand tech and Contact Wand 101.

Students will go through all the basic leviwand and contact wand tricks and transitions, As the class progresses, techniques will gradually get more advanced.

Tricks that will be taught include: perches, body wraps, teeter-totters, arm rolls, halo roll, conveyor belt, flats, fish tail variations, traps, split string, cradles, isolations, and more!

Lux Luminous CREATED Contact Leviwand and has built most of the frame work for how people use the Leviwand in performance. She have been spinning for going on 6 years and has been teaching for almost 4 years. She have been spinning for going on 6 years and has been teaching for almost 4 years. She runs the Facebook groups Levi-stick and Leviwand Tech. Lux also plays a part in Leviwand.com.

Her current project is New England Flow Fest - she has her fingers deep within the community. Lux was this past June "instructor of the month" for Flow Arts Institute. She performed in Flow Show Chicago and Flow Show NYC.

What to wear?

The studio can get hot so dress light. No shoes in the studio, so bring grip socks if you don't want to be barefoot.

Parking?

Street kiosk parking or garage at LAZ Parking (garage) on the corner of 15th & Samson for $10. Buy a parking voucher from the studio upon arrival that you will redeem as payment once you go back to the garage to leave.
